What shipping methods are available?

 

  • Shipping Methods Option - Available Delivery Options

    1. All available delivery options will be presented during the purchase process. This will determine how and when you receive your tickets.

    2. Delivery options vary by ticket type and will be presented for your selection during the checkout process.

  • Event tickets are generally delivered according to the delivery method selected at the time of check-out. However, tickets may not always be available for immediate delivery, particularly in cases when the tickets have been purchased far in advance of the event in question. While most tickets are delivered within three business days of the delivery method chosen, this does not imply a guaranteed delivery date. Below are recommendations of shipping methods to use depending on how close or far in advance you are purchasing tickets to an event.

  • Not every delivery method listed below will be available with every set of tickets. The delivery method for your order must be selected from the available delivery options at the time of your purchase.

  • "Standard Expedited Delivery"

  • Tickets are shipped using an expedited 2 – 3 day shipping service. This method of delivery can be used for most event tickets.

  • "Express Overnight Delivery"

  • Tickets are shipped using an expedited 1 – 2 day shipping service. Choose this method if your event is within the next 72 hours to guarantee that your tickets will arrive in time for the event. Please be aware that if this option is required to get your tickets in time, and if you have not selected this option, we will automatically upgrade you to this service and you will be charged for the difference.

  • "Saturday Delivery"

  • Tickets are shipped using an expedited 1 – 2 day shipping service. Choose this method if you are ordering on Thursday night or Friday for a Saturday, Sunday, or Monday event. Please be aware that unless specified, tickets shipped for events on Mondays may not arrive until Tuesday unless \"Saturday Delivery\" is selected. Please be aware that if this option is required to get your tickets in time, and you have not selected this option, we will automatically upgrade you to this service and you will be charged for the difference.

  • "International Express Delivery"

  • Tickets are shipped using an expedited international delivery method. Choose this method when you are located outside of the United States by selecting your country of origin. Please be aware that international shipments may experience delays that are beyond our control for a variety of reasons including but not limited to: customs delays, transit delays, and local service availability. Please allow at least 5 business days before your event for your tickets to arrive once shipped.

  • "Near-term Special Delivery" and "International Near-term Special Delivery"

  • Near-term service is only offered when a shipping service is not available. When you see this delivery option as your only option, tickets will be delivered using one of the following services: email, will-call pickup, local office pickup, or courier. You will be given delivery details by your Ticket Seller upon confirmation of your order.

  • "Last Minute Pickup"

  • These tickets will be available for pickup two (2) hours before the start of your event at our designated Last Minute Pickup location within close proximity of the venue. You will be given the address and telephone number of the Last-minute Pickup location upon completion of your order. A government issued photo ID will be required to claim you tickets. Please note that the name on you order must match the name on your identification.

  • "Electronic Transfer"

  • Electronic ticket transfer is fast and easy. These tickets are delivered to you electronically and will not be shipped. Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive an email with instructions on how to create an account so your tickets can be electronically transferred to the name, email address, and phone number used to complete this purchase below. You must follow the instructions on the email to create an account before you can pick up your tickets. In order to use these tickets to enter the event you will need to present the credit card used to complete your purchase and proper government issued photo identification. Please be certain to enter your information properly below to prevent delays in ticket transfer.

  • "Paperless"

  • These tickets are paperless and will not be shipped or provided in any physical form. You will instead meet a representative from your seller's office at the venue prior to the start time of the event. This representative will then walk you into the venue by presenting their credit card to the venue personnel. A government-issued photo ID (which must match the name on the order) will be required for you to claim your tickets. You should contact your ticket seller directly to verify when they will meet you at the venue.

  • "Will Call"

  • These tickets will be left at the box office of the venue for you to pick up approximately one hour before the event. A government-issued photo ID will be required for you to claim your tickets. Please make sure that the name on the order matches the name on the ID.

  • "E-Ticket"

  • These tickets are electronic and will be made available for you to download and print at home. Most tickets are available for download within 1 business day of when you place an order. When your tickets are available for download, you will receive an email with instructions for accessing your tickets through our secure website. For your protection, you will be required to log in with order-specific information and will need to confirm the credit card used for this purchase. Please be sure you have access to a printer, because you will need to print your tickets and take them with you to the venue. Some tickets may not be available for download immediately, but are guaranteed to be ready in time for your event.

  • "Local Pickup Near Venue"

  • These tickets will be picked up at a secure location near, though not at, the venue of the event. You should contact your ticket seller directly to arrange the time and place for the pick-up. A government-issued photo ID will be required for you to claim your tickets. Please make sure that the name on the order matches the name on the ID.
